Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal information collected by SkaLogs other than personal information collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to

  • information and data that has been irreversibly anonymized, de-identified, or otherwise no longer or never could identify or be used to identify an individual,
  • “Machine Data” (meaning log files and any other information or data ingested by or upload to our Services that does not or never could identify or be used to identify an individual), and

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

SkaLogs is located in France, and we process and store information on servers located in Europe. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to locations that may be outside of your country of residence, including to France. You acknowledge and agree that, as a condition of providing us with any information, you have legal authority to transfer it to France.
